RETURN POLICY
- Item must be in unused, uninstalled, and in saleable condition.
 - All parts and inserts must be included.
 - Original inner packaging and outer carton must be retained (or equivalent protective packaging).
 - 14-day window begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier scan.
 - Custom, made‑to‑order, sample, B‑stock, or final‑sale pieces aren’t returnable unless defective on arrival.
 
- Request: Submit your return request within the return window.
 - Approval: You’ll receive an approval and a prepaid label option.
 - Pack: Repack with all components. Follow the packaging guide below to avoid transit damage adjustments.
 - Ship: Drop off within 7 days of return approval. Keep the return receipt and tracking.
 - Inspect & refund: Once received, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and refund.
 
- Returned items that arrive used, installed, or incomplete may be eligible for partial refunds or denial per condition.
 
- Unopened/unused & within window — Full refund to original payment method.
 - Opened but like new — Full or 5-10% restock fee. We keep this fair and minimal.
 - Missing parts/packaging — Partial refund. Replacement components and repackaging costs are deducted.
 - Damaged in transit (on arrival) — Replacement or full refund. Report within 7 days with clear photos and videos; see claim guide below.

What to include
- Lamp body + shade
 - Power cord / dimmer (if included)
 - Edition card / certificate
 - Any accessories, screws, or inserts
 - All inner wraps, molds, and outer box
 
How to pack
- Wrap the shade to avoid abrasion; keep pressure off edges.
 - Use the original molded supports or equivalent padding (1″+ around).
 - Place small parts in a sealed pouch and tape to the inside flap.
 - Double‑box for long‑distance or international returns.
 - Add the RMA slip inside and tape seams securely.
 
Returns damaged due to inadequate packaging may receive an adjusted refund reflecting repair or replacement costs.
WARRANTY
We stand behind our craft. Lumenza Studio warrants the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use for the periods below from the delivery date.
- Structural parts — 1 year. Cracking, delamination, or joint failure unrelated to impact/heat misuse.
 - Electrical (cord, switch, dimmer) — 1 year. Intermittent power, failed dimmer under normal LED use.
 - Finish & surface — 1 years for manufacturing defects; natural layer lines & gentle variation are normal.
 
Exclusions
- Wear from improper bulbs or non‑LED use; always use a quality, dimmable LED within the lamp’s labeled wattage.
 - Heat or sun exposure beyond normal indoor conditions (e.g., direct sunlight/near heaters).
 - Accidents, drops, impact, liquid ingress, modification, or commercial use unless specified.
 - Cosmetic characteristics inherent to additive manufacturing (subtle layer texture, minor color variegation).
 - Consumables (e.g., bulbs) beyond arrival DOA checks.
 
Remedies are repair or replacement of the affected component, or equivalent store credit if the style is retired. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
- Gather: Order number, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description of normal use environment.
 - Submit: Send details to support@lumenzastudio.com
 - Review: Our technicians may request additional angles or a short clip. Most claims are resolved within 5–7 business days after receiving complete information.
 - Resolution: Approved claims receive a repair, replacement part, or replacement unit. We’ll provide prepaid labels for approved claims.

- Full product (front/side), close‑up of issue, and packaging if transit damage is suspected.
 - Show the environment (surface, distance from windows/radiators) for heat‑related concerns.
 - Short clip of electrical symptom (switch/dimmer behavior) if relevant.
 
CARE & SAFETY
- Indoor use only; avoid direct, prolonged sunlight and proximity to heat sources.
 - Use only quality, dimmable LED bulbs (≤ 6 W); avoid incandescent/halogen heat.
 - Dust with a soft, dry cloth; avoid solvents or alcohol‑based cleaners.
 - Natural surface texture and gentle tonal variation are part of the craft and not defects.
