Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — subscribe to our Journal for updates.

Processing time

  • Made-to-order prep: 2–3 business days to carefully prepare, test, and package your lamp.

  • Orders placed after 12 pm CT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options & transit times

  • Standard (Free): 2–3 business days to most U.S. addresses.

  • Express (Paid upgrade): 1–2 business days. Shown at checkout.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories may see slightly longer timelines and/or a surcharge (shown at checkout).

We partner primarily with UPS and USPS. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

Address changes & order edits

If you need to correct an address or edit your order, email hello@lumenzastudio.com as soon as possible. We can adjust orders until they enter the packing stage. After that, rerouting may not be possible.

Delivery issues

  • Marked delivered but not received: Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

  • Lost or severely delayed: We will open a carrier claim on your behalf and support a replacement where appropriate.

  • Damaged in transit: Email hello@lumenzastudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll repair, replace, or refund according to the circumstances.

Undeliverable or refused packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped (additional shipping may apply). If you prefer a refund, we’ll refund the product price once received; original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.

Split shipments

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately at no extra cost to ensure the fastest arrival.

Eco-conscious packaging

Your order ships in paper-first, recyclable or reusable protective packaging. We minimize plastics where possible and choose materials that protect your lamp while reducing waste.

Pre-orders & lead times (when applicable)

If an item is shown as a pre-order, the estimated ship window will be displayed on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your entire order will ship together unless you choose split shipping at checkout (when available).

Signature on delivery

For higher-value orders or upon request, we may require a signature to ensure safe delivery. If you need this service, email us before your order ships.

PO Boxes

Standard shipping to PO Boxes is available via USPS. Express options to PO Boxes may be limited.
